The NorthWest Wellbeing Hub is thrilled to offer a spacious and tranquil setting for your wellbeing retreats, accommodating up to 13 clients at our Rehabilitation & Wellbeing Hub, New Brighton.

 

Our versatile venue provides an indoor conservatory for group sessions and, during the warmer months, an outdoor Zen yoga deck—both beautifully decorated with soft lighting, candles, music, and soothing aromas to create a truly immersive experience. Our onsite healthy food chef crafts organic and nutritious meals using locally sourced ingredients, ensuring fresh and wholesome refreshments for your retreat.

Retreats are available for half-day or full-day bookings, seven days a week, ensuring flexibility to suit your needs. Retreats enjoy exclusive access to our facility, with the option to enhance the experience through complementary therapies provided by our skilled staff - creating a truly one-of-a-kind wellbeing retreat!

​Your guests will have access to two breakout/relaxation rooms, ideal for those who prefer quiet reflection instead of therapies. These spaces feature comfortable seating, a selection of reading materials, WiFi, and Kangen water for ultimate relaxation.

​

To ensure a seamless experience, two dedicated staff members will be on hand to assist with event coordination, serve refreshments, capture content, provide therapies, and answer any health and wellbeing questions—helping your guests make the most of their wellness journey.
